Job Title: GM – Operations
Location: Dehradun (On-site)

Reporting To: Director
Job Purpose: To lead and optimize the overall printing and packaging operations, ensuring operational excellence, profitability, quality compliance, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for printing and packaging operations
• Develop short- and long-term operational plans
• Oversee manufacturing processes (flexo, offset, gravure, converting, lamination, packing)
• Ensure production schedules meet quality, efficiency, and safety standards
• Manage budgets, cost control, and resource allocation
• Drive lean manufacturing and process improvement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with ISO, BRC, safety, and environmental standards
• Lead and develop high-performing operational teams

Experience & Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Printing Technology / Packaging Science
• 12+ years of experience in printing & packaging industry
• Minimum 5 years in senior leadership role
• Strong knowledge of printing technologies and materials
