Job Purpose: To lead B2B sales initiatives, expand market presence, and drive sustainable revenue growth through strategic customer acquisition and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Expand and manage customer base across assigned regions
- Identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth
- Develop and execute sales strategies
- Lead, mentor, and monitor the sales team
- Track market trends and competitor activity
- Build long-term client relationships
- Coordinate with marketing and internal teams
- Present sales reports and forecasts to management

Experience & Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business / Marketing (MBA preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience
