Job Title: Prepress Head – Flexo
Location: Dehradun (On-site)
Department: Graphics & Prepress / Technical
Reporting To: GM – Operations
Job Purpose To lead and manage the complete pre-press function for flexographic printing, ensuring accuracy, quality, and efficient workflow execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise pre-press team operations
• Manage artwork correction, trapping, step-and-repeat, color separation
• Coordinate with production and sales teams for job execution
• Ensure accurate final proofing before plate making
• Review dyelines, color profiles, barcodes, and distortion files
• Manage digital flexo plate technologies
• Maintain color consistency between proof and press output
• Implement quality checkpoints and documentation standards
• Train and develop pre-press team members

• Flexo plate making & distortion
• Color management & screen rulings
• Leadership & multi-shift management

Experience & Qualification

• Diploma / Graduate in Printing Technology or related field
• 8–15 years of experience in pre-press for packaging / flexo printing
