Job Purpose: To lead B2B sales initiatives, expand market presence, and drive sustainable revenue growth through strategic customer acquisition and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Expand and manage customer base across assigned regions
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth
  • Develop and execute sales strategies
  • Lead, mentor, and monitor the sales team
  • Track market trends and competitor activity
  • Build long-term client relationships
  • Coordinate with marketing and internal teams
  • Present sales reports and forecasts to management

Experience & Qualification
